Our team provides frequent updates for the Server-Software and the servertool. These updates are being installed automatically, as soon as you reinstall the server.

If the version info says outdated go to the Reset-Page and reinstall your server to get the latest updates.

We can not provide support for outdated servers. If you experience malfunctions, update the server first, then contact the support!

How to update correctly

Notice: All tracklists and files (not the database) get lost on updating the server version! Backup all your tracks before updating!

1. Create an Emergency Dump (Admin-Panel->Reset->Create Emergency-Dump) and wait until the job disappears from your admin panel. This can take up to 10 minutes.
2. Be sure that you have all tracks and challenges stored on your local harddrive, because they get lost during the update
3. Go to the Reset-Tab at the Admin-Panel and select select the Update (If you do not see an update option, your server is uptodate!). Your server will reinstall within the next few minutes.
4. Make your settings
5. Check if everything runs fine. If yes, create a new Emergency Dump.

Important notice

• On reinstalling your server, some data can get irrecoverably lost. Be sure that you have all neccessary files on your local computer to restore them after the reinstallation
• If you have changed any configuration files of your server, the files may point to the old version and can cause malfunctions. In this case restore the original files.

Frequent Mistakes

• A Soft-Restart does not update your server! You must perform a reinstallation!
