General Questions
I can't connect to the server / The server wants a password
Please read Connecting to the server. If this doesn't help, please wait a bit. It could take while until the server appears in the official list after a restart.
I rented the server but have no admin rights
Please check in the Booking Options in the Admin Panel if you have chosen the right Trackmania-Login.If this is not the case you have to add yourself as an an Administrator via the Administrator tab. Please restart the sevrer after this procedure.
I want to rent a free server, but the system says i have to wait. Why?
Customers that have no premium status and have rented a server before have to wait at least 2 to 3 hours until they can rent a new one. You have no waiting time if you buy a premium account.
The server crashed very often
Normally this happens if a server has a wrong configuration or the server has an error or broken files on it. That could be tracks/challenges, server mods or music. Please take a closer look if you can figure out after what action the server crashes. For beginning dont make any further backups of this server (because you upload eventually corrupted tracks again then). Also check the logfiles of your server and see if you can watch any errors there. If you can't repair it on your own, wait for the next crash, dont restart the server and contact the support. (If you restart the server the server any log-files get lost and the support can't figure out where exactly get the error!)
I get banned on my own server
Please visit the "Control" tab in the admin-panel to unban your own trackmania account. The next step is to figure out why you got banned:
- If you have been banned due to a vote, change the CallVote of your server in the settings tab.
- If you have been banned by an admin, remove the admin from the administrator list.
- Otherwise try opening the "Booking Options" of your server, choose "Advanced Settings" and activate the check box "Disable Incoherence Check" and restart your server.
XAseco Questions
I have done a restart of my server but XAseco seems to be offline.
Please note that XAseco restarts 5 minutes after the server is back online again due totechnical reasons. Please read also Restarting the server.
