What is the automatic extension?
The Automatic Extension extends your booking automatically if your account balance is high enough. The system calculates the price automatically based on the price that you payed when the server was rented.
Example 1
- Your account balance is 20 Euro
- You rented the server for 2 months (60 days) for a price of 9 Euro
- The server will be extended for 60 days for a price of 9 Euro. The 9 Euro will be taken from your account.
Example 2
- Your account balance is 1 Euro
- You rented the server for 2 months (60 days) for a price of 9 Euro
- The server will be extended for 6 days for a price of 90 Cent. The 90 Cent will be taken from your account.
Do I have to take care of something?
No, only that your account balance is high enough for the next automatic extension.
What happens, if my account balance is too low?
The server simply goes offline and you'll receive a notification about that.
What happens if I rented multiple servers?
If you rented multiple servers, the server you rented first will be extended first. If the account balance is still enough, the second server will be extended, then the third...
